Job Description

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai or Khalapur

About Kain:

At KAIN Cosmeceuticals, we manufacture innovative skincare, haircare, baby care, personal care, and color cosmetic products for some of India's fastest-growing brands.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Key Account Executive who will act as the bridge between our customers, planning team, production, warehouse, and finance functions to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for assigned customer accounts
  • Receive and process customer forecasts, purchase orders, and dispatch schedules
  • Coordinate with Production Planning, Manufacturing, QA, QC, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely execution
  • Track order progress from order receipt to final dispatch
  • Share regular order status updates with customers
  • Maintain customer-wise inventory and stock records
  • Prepare and share monthly stock statements
  • Coordinate invoicing, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups
  • Resolve operational issues and customer escalations
  • Monitor delivery performance and ensure commitments are met
  • Support new product launches and scale-up activities for key accounts

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Planning, Key Account Management, or Commercial Operations
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred:

  • Experience in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or contract manufacturing
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Experience handling customer inventory, dispatches, and order planning
