Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive – Client Services to manage day-to-day client coordination and ensure seamless execution of advertising and marketing campaigns. The role involves acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting account growth through effective communication and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients on ongoing projects
  • Understand client briefs, objectives, and brand guidelines clearly
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, digital, production) to ensure timely execution of deliverables
  • Manage campaign timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and campaign updates for clients
  • Handle client feedback and ensure accurate implementation across teams
  • Monitor budgets, estimates, and invoices in coordination with finance teams
  • Assist in identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain documentation, contact records, and project trackers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising/marketing agency.
