We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive – Client Services to manage day-to-day client coordination and ensure seamless execution of advertising and marketing campaigns. The role involves acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting account growth through effective communication and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients on ongoing projects
- Understand client briefs, objectives, and brand guidelines clearly
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, digital, production) to ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Manage campaign timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and campaign updates for clients
- Handle client feedback and ensure accurate implementation across teams
- Monitor budgets, estimates, and invoices in coordination with finance teams
- Assist in identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain documentation, contact records, and project trackers

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising/marketing agency.
