Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Account Executive located in Virudhunagar. The role involves managing client accounts, fostering strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include sales reporting, monitoring market trends, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Account Management, Relationship Management, and Client Support
  • Strong skills in Sales Strategies, Lead Generation, and Business Development
  • Experience using CRM software and tools for efficient account tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and adaptability in client interactions
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with educational services or tutoring platforms is an advantage
