Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at our Virudhunagar location. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, build relationships with stakeholders, identify customer needs, and provide solutions to meet organizational goals. They will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, preparing proposals, assisting with sales, maintaining client records, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and interpersonal communication skills
- Sales experience, negotiation skills, and ability to manage client accounts
- Organizational and multitasking skills for efficiently handling administrative tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage workload in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the education or e-learning industry is an advantage
