We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support operational documentation and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Zoho Books, strong knowledge of GST & TDS compliance, and the ability to prepare structured documentation and professional reports/presentations for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Zoho Books
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Handle GST, TDS, and routine statutory compliance activities
- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and periodic management reports
- Maintain structured documentation for compliance, audits, and internal processes
- Prepare professional presentations and reports for management reviews
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across financial records and documentation
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books
- Hands-on experience in GST & TDS compliance, including return filing
- Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and reconciliations
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and financial statements
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 12 years of relevant accounting experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
