Job Title: Accounts & Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

• Prepare import and export documentation.
• Enter and update company, employee, and client records.
• Manage ROC compliance and other statutory requirements.
• Handle bank-related tasks including bank reconciliation, cheque deposits, etc.
• Manage purchase entries, inventory, and payment follow-ups.
• Process insurance payments and maintain company books and accounts.
• Ensure strict compliance with GST regulations and manage filing requirements.
• Coordinate with company consultants to support ongoing business operations and compliance.

Requirements and Skills:

• A B.Com or M.Com graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime.
• Strong familiarity with office management procedures, accounting management, and GST compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
