Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, identifying potential clients, generating leads, and presenting customized solutions to meet customer needs. The Account Executive will manage sales cycles, negotiate contracts, collaborate with internal teams for delivery, and ensure client satisfaction while achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in client relationship management, communication, and negotiation
• Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation, and business development
• Ability to analyze client needs and develop customized solutions
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
