Job Summary:
We are looking for an Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing, receivables, payables, reconciliations and statutory documentation. The candidate should have good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel and be comfortable handling routine accounting activities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain financial records.
Prepare and manage sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit/credit notes and billing.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain customer ledgers.
Bank and ledger reconciliation.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare regular MIS and accounting reports for management.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Coordinate with sales, purchase and other departments for accounting requirements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
2–5 years of experience in accounting/finance.
Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing and basic accounting principles.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
