Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Management
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Reconcile bank statements, ledger entries, and inventory accounts.
  • Financial Reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance and Documentation
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting
  • Support budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • ERP and System Management
  • Operate and update ERP systems.
  • Ensure accurate integration of financial data into the ERP system.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations in India.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
