Position:Client Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via call, email, and chat.
Provide functional support for Cygnet's GST and Compliance Products (GST filing, E invoicing, E-way bill, reconciliation, etc.).
Guide customers on product usage, portal navigation, and basic troubleshooting.
Assist users in understanding GST-related workflows, documentation, and system requirements.
Coordinate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, resolutions, and feedback.
Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and service-oriented attitude.
Understand product updates, new releases, and GST portal changes to support customers effectively.
Contribute to improving support processes and knowledge-base articles.
Willingness to work in voice/non-voice roles and night/rotational shifts.
