Job Description

Position:Client Account Executive

Experience:0 - 1 Years

Location:Ahmedabad

Notice period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via call, email, and chat.

• Provide functional support for Cygnet's GST and Compliance Products (GST filing, E invoicing, E-way bill, reconciliation, etc.).

• Guide customers on product usage, portal navigation, and basic troubleshooting.

• Assist users in understanding GST-related workflows, documentation, and system requirements.

• Coordinate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, resolutions, and feedback.

• Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and service-oriented attitude.

• Understand product updates, new releases, and GST portal changes to support customers effectively.

• Contribute to improving support processes and knowledge-base articles.

• Willingness to work in voice/non-voice roles and night/rotational shifts.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ready to work in rotational shift.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand technology and GST concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of Accounts/GST is preferred.
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach.
