Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Act as a key contributor to business development through proactive prospecting and lead generation
  • Set qualified meetings with potential customers to understand their business challenges and payment needs
  • Conduct product demos to convert prospects into Ready-to-Onboard (RTO) customers and follow through the onboarding process
  • Ensure accurate sales execution without mis-selling or generating spam-related complaints
  • Track and manage sales productivity using CRM tools, account mapping, and call planning techniques
  • Provide structured feedback to the demand generation team on lead quality and sales funnel effectiveness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers across global markets
