Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role located in Bengaluru. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting transactions and ensure timely entries in Tally/ERP.
  • Prepare and update sales, purchase, and expense records.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable; follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Perform monthly bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparation of GST filings, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances.
  • Process payroll inputs and maintain employee reimbursement records.
  • Prepare financial reports, ledgers, and statements as required.
  • Coordinate with auditors during monthly/annual audits.
  • Manage petty cash, invoices, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
  • Fresher or 13 years of experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication and time-management abilities.
  • Experience with vendor management and inventory accounting.
  • Knowledge of Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reporting formats.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
