We are urgently hiring an Account Executive for our Vijayanagar location in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions.
