Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Kochi. The Academic Counselor will guide and advise students on educational opportunities and career paths, assist with educational program selection, provide personalized counseling sessions, and support students in submitting applicatioms to International Universities. The role requires effective communication with students and parents and coordination with educational institutions to ensure a smooth application and admission process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to provide tailored support and guidance
• Strong skills in Academic Advising and knowledge of Education systems and opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions
• Ability to stay updated on the latest international education trends and processes
• Bachelor's degree in any subject is preferred
• Prior experience in a counseling or advisory role is an advantage
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with students
