Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. Responsibilities include student counseling, providing career advice, offering academic advising, and supporting students in achieving their educational and professional goals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and fostering positive relationships between the organization and educational institutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong skills in Academic Advising and Education-related support
• Excellent Communication abilities to connect effectively with students and teams
• Ability to build rapport with students and guide them toward decision-making and goal achievement
• Previous experience in career guidance or educational counseling is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
