Location: WFO (Noida office)

Work Hours: 12:00 PM to 9 PM : 6 days a week

Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and result-driven Sales counsellor for our MAT program. As a counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for parents and studentsguiding them, addressing queries, and converting leads into admissions for our skill-building courses focused on Maths and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Contact and follow up with leads via calls and convert them into paid customers.
  • Counselling & Product Demo: Understand a student's learning needs and provide product demos and academic counselling sessions.
  • Sales Pitching: Counsel parents on the learning outcomes, course structure, and student benefits. Sales pitches to convert prospects into long-term learners.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and conversion targets.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate records of conversations, leads, closure, and manage your daily calls and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any stream); MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. in English and Hindi.
  • 13 years of experience in EdTech sales, academic counselling, or tele-counselling.
  • Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
  • Ability to understand student needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work with diverse teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and confident in a target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week (Rotational-off).
