Job Description:
EdifyChamps is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Academic Counselors to guide parents and students (primarily from international markets) regarding our education programs, career counseling services, and learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel parents and students about EdifyChamps academic programs and career guidance offerings
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia)
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses or learning paths
Follow up with leads, maintain proper call records, and update CRM systems
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
Build trust and long-term relationships with parents
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
14 years of experience as an Academic Counselor / Education Counselor / Sales Counselor (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Excellent English communication and convincing skills
Comfortable working in night shifts
Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
