This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor, located in Delhi. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding and advising students in their academic and career pursuits. Day-to-day tasks include providing personalized counseling, assisting in course selection, assessing students educational needs, and coordinating with educators to ensure effective learning outcomes. You will also be tasked with maintaining strong communication with students and helping them achieve their goals through continuous guidance and support.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to effectively guide and support students in their growth.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and educators, ensuring clear and empathetic dialogue.
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education to create customized plans tailored to students academic interests and goals.
• Ability to provide focused career and academic development for diverse backgrounds.
• Bachelor's or higher qualification in Education, Psychology, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a commitment to student success.
