Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will engage with students and parents to advise and guide them in their educational and career pathways. This includes conducting student counseling sessions, providing academic advising, designing personalized learning strategies, and supporting students to achieve their career ambitions. The role requires effective communication to resolve concerns and provide insights into the educational offerings of Infinity Learn.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with students and parents
• Experience in Academic Advising and guiding students in educational pathways
• Understanding of Education trends and best practices
• Empathy, active listening, and the ability to motivate and inspire learners
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Familiarity with the Indian education system and competitive examinations is a plus
