Job Profile - Academic Counselor

Job Location - Connaught Place, New Delhi, Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities -

Assesses student interests, aptitudes, and abilities in order to assist in academic and career

planning.

Counsel students in developing a specific academic program including choice of major and

course selections

Plans and implements programs to help students with academic and career decisions. Some examples are student workshops, departmental information sessions, or major fairs. Refers to students for various evaluative tests evaluates results of the placement test, and recommends an appropriate program based on test results.

Performs related duties as required.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications -

Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication or a related field.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills

Must have at least 1 year of experience in counseling or advising.

Knowledge of academic programs in the area to be served.

Freshers can also apply.

Salary - Depends on experience
