Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized, one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to deeply understand their academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and personal preferences.
- Provide expert advice on suitable study destinations, universities, and courses that align with students profiles and goals.
- Offer comprehensive information on admission requirements, application procedures, scholarships, and visa processes for various countries.
- Guide students through the entire application journey, ensuring timely submission of documents and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education trends, university programs, and immigration policies.
- Build strong rapport and trust with students and their families, ensuring a supportive and informative counseling experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively counsel students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent listening skills to accurately grasp student needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- A genuine passion for education and helping students achieve their international study goals.
- Ability to research and synthesize information on various international education systems and programs.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple student applications.
- Prior experience in overseas education counseling or a related field is highly beneficial.
