Roles and Responsibilities:

1)Handle student admissions inquiries and guide them through course selection

2)Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups

3)Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to enhance the student journey

4)Achieve monthly sales and conversion achievements

Skill Set Required:

Excellent communication & persuasion skills

A strong interest in academic sales / EdTech industry

Prior experience in counselling or inside sales preferred

A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a target-based role
