Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in Jaipur. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing individual and group counseling to students, helping them develop clear career paths in aviation and corporate security. Day-to-day tasks include assisting students with academic and career decisions, coordinating with training staff, conducting regular counseling sessions, and offering professional guidance in preparation for interviews and industry roles. The role also involves fostering effective communication between students, trainers, and placement teams to ensure student success.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively in their academic and career objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate constructive interactions with students, staff, and industry professionals.
- Experience in Academic Advising and Education, with the ability to provide personalized support for students academic planning and development.
- Understanding of aviation and security industry standards and career pathways is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in an on-site setting.
