Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor based in Gurugram. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students in their academic and career journeys by providing personalized counseling and advice. Daily tasks include assessing student needs, offering tailored recommendations for courses or career paths, and maintaining a clear communication line with students and parents to address inquiries, set goals, and provide progress updates.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and other stakeholders
- Expertise in Academic Advising and Education to assist in academic planning and decision-making
- Organizational and interpersonal skills to manage multiple students and maintain effective relationships
- Prior experience in similar roles or the educational sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field preferred
