Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor based in Gurugram. The role involves providing guidance to students and parents, offering career counseling, assisting with academic planning, and addressing inquiries about educational opportunities. The Academic Counsellor will also play a key role in advising students on tailored learning paths while effectively communicating information about programs and services.
- Should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Sales job
- budget is 26k to 28k plus incentives up to 25k
- Strong skills in Communication and building rapport with students and parents
- Experience in Career Counseling and Education guidance
- Ability to guide students in selecting suitable academic and career paths
- Empathy, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Prior experience in academic or career advisory roles is a plus
