About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Academic Counsellors with prior experience in guiding students for JEE/NEET exam preparation. This is a work-from-home opportunity for professionals passionate about helping students navigate their academic journeys and achieve their goals through PhysicsWallah's learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students (and/or parents) regarding course offerings, exam preparation strategies, and academic goals.

Understand students learning needs and recommend suitable courses for JEE/NEET preparation.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email to ensure high conversion and satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to enhance user experience and retention.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in academic counselling, preferably in JEE/NEET domain.

Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.

Ability to handle student queries effectively and empathetically.

Familiarity with online education tools/platforms.

Must have a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment.
