- Engage with prospective students and parents to understand academic and career goals.
- Handle inbound and outbound counselling calls using the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information on programmes, eligibility, and admission processes.
- Qualify leads and support the student enrolment journey.
- Maintain records of interactions, applications, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Work towards registration and conversion targets.
- Prepare daily call activity and performance reports.
- Follow organisational SOPs and communication standards.
