Role Description

The Academic Counsellor will provide guidance and support to students seeking higher education opportunities. Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing students goals and offering tailored career and academic advice
  • Guiding students through the admissions process
  • Communicating effectively with students and parents
  • Staying updated on admission requirements and trends
  • Assisting with documentation

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Education Counselling
  • Strong skills in student counseling and career counseling to support students in making informed decisions
  • Effective communication and academic advising abilities for engaging with students, parents, and educational institutions
  • Knowledge of current trends in higher education and admissions processes, specifically in Medical, Engineering, Management, and Law
  • Experience in the education sector or a related field is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with students and families
