Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor located in Kolkata. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students regarding their academic and career goals. This involves one-on-one counseling, assisting with course selection, identifying educational resources, and helping students formulate personalized academic plans. The role also includes coordinating with educators and parents to ensure students receive comprehensive support for their academic progress and success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education systems
• Ability to assess student needs and provide tailored guidance
• Background or degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a student-focused approach
• Familiarity with academic programs and career pathways

Required Experience - Minimum 2 to 3 years of telecalling / career counselling / telesales experience specifically in the education sector or in any other industry.
