Job Overview
We are hiring Inside Sales Executives / Academic Counsellors for a target-driven role where you will be responsible for counselling students and converting leads into enrolments for UG/PG programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via calls and virtual platforms
Explain UG/PG programs and guide students accordingly
Handle inbound & outbound leads
Convert leads into enrolments.
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain student data in the CRM.
Follow up regularly with interested candidates
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 8 months of experience in Inside Sales / Academic Counselling
Strong communication and convincing skills
Target-oriented approach
