Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students through calls and virtual meetings
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable UG/PG programs
Handle inbound and outbound leads efficiently
Explain course details, fees, and admission processes
Convert leads into successful enrollments
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
Maintain and update candidate data in CRM
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students
Build strong relationships with students and provide end-to-end guidance

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 8 months of experience in Inside Sales / Academic Counselling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred
Graduation preferred
Positive attitude with a learning mindset
