Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and professionals about courses like CFA, FRM, CA, etc.
Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs
Convert leads into enrollments and achieve admission targets
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
Manage student database and CRM updates
Provide detailed information about course structure, fees, and career opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate / Postgraduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)
0–3 years of experience in sales / counselling / EdTech
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong interest in finance education is an added advantage
Target-oriented with a proactive approach
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
