This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida for the role of Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance to students and parents, understanding their educational goals, and recommending appropriate courses and plans. The role includes managing inquiries, maintaining regular communication with prospective students, and supporting them through the enrollment process to ensure a seamless learning experience. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic aspirations.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills
• Proficiency in handling inquiries, managing student relationships, and maintaining enrollment records
• Knowledge of education trends and programs, particularly in Edtech
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities
• Customer-centric approach and a passion for education and student success
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in student counseling or sales in the Edtech industry is a plus
