Role Overview

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring learners looking to build careers in Data Science, AI, and Analytics. You will guide, mentor, and counsel them toward the right learning path based on their background and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel working professionals and graduates on career opportunities in Data Science, AI & Analytics
• Understand candidate profiles and recommend suitable programs
• Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate follow-ups and CRM updates

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand career aspirations and provide structured guidance
• Sales orientation with consultative approach
• Basic understanding of IT / Data Science domain (preferred)
• Self-driven and target focused
