Crimson Schools, Hyderabad is seeking a proactive and persuasive Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrolment through effective lead follow-ups, providing guidance to prospective parents, and achieving admission targets. This role plays a key part in supporting the school's growth and delivering a positive admission experience.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Handle all inbound admissions inquiries via calls, set up appointments for School visit and conduct and counselling for prospective parents and students.
- Qualify leads via cold calling, WhatsApp and email communications and convert leads to walk ins and enrolments via meaningful follow ups and engagement plan as guided by Sales head.
- Handle end to end operations related to admissions process- from application submission, assessment, document collections, academic interactions and payment.
- Review and evaluate applications to ensure completeness and adherence to admission criteria.
- Keep abreast about all USPs and initiatives at school level to showcase to the prospective parents.
- Ideate to generate leads through referrals, community, pre-school and corporate outreach.
- Plan marketing budget, execute marketing activities to generate leads, increase brand awareness.
- Participate in lead generation events inside and outside the school.
- Manage the admissions process, including prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, generating proposals, negotiating, and closing.
- Generate and analyse reports to track lead progress and provide insights.
- Report key metrics weekly, including campaign performance analysis.
- Support marketing initiatives as required by management.
- Resolve admission-related issues in consultation with the Sales Head.
- Accurately maintain and update student data on CRM and ERP.
- Maintain confidentiality of all data.
CANDIDATE PROFILE SPECIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in education or business administration is a plus.
EXPERIENCE:Minimum 2 years of experience in school admissions or counselling, preferably in a CBSE or International school setting.
