Academic Counsellor

We are looking for passionate and dynamic Overseas Admission Counsellors to join our growing team. In this role, you'll guide students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad helping them explore opportunities in countries such as the USA, UK, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students seeking to study abroad.
• Provide detailed information about courses, universities, and admission requirements for global destinations.
• Support students throughout the application and documentation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and engage prospective students through calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Generate and nurture leads through promotional activities including presentations, seminars, and webinars.
• Offer career guidance by understanding student goals and recommending suitable study programs.
• Maintain regular communication with students and parents to build trust and ensure smooth service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• 12 years of experience as a Study Abroad or Education Counsellor (preferred).
• Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA / Business / Marketing background is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional demeanour.
• Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or customer relationship management.
• Good understanding of international admissions processes and study abroad destinations.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
