Role Description
- Guide students and parents in selecting suitable courses based on academic goals and exam aspirations.
- Explain program details, fee structures, scholarships, and admission processes clearly.
- Manage follow-ups and ensure timely conversions during the admission cycle.
- Coordinate with faculty, operations, and front-office teams to resolve queries and support students.
- Monitor student progress, address concerns, and help maintain a positive academic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference for candidates who have prior exposure to education, counselling, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to handle studentparent interactions with confidence and clarity.
- Good command of English and regional languages (Telugu & Hindi) to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM tools, and data handling for maintaining accurate records.
- A calm, patient, and approachable personality with the ability to build trust and guide students in a supportive manner.
