About the Role
As a Learning Consultant, you will:
Drive learner enrollments for AEC-focused upskilling programs (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and social channels
Understand learner backgrounds, career goals, and aspirations to recommend the right programs
Deliver personalized, consultative sales pitches tailored to different learner personas
Work on a mix of high-intent leads and outbound outreach
Own the complete sales journey from first interaction to enrollment
Provide accurate insights on program structure, outcomes, and career pathways
Build strong relationships and ensure a seamless learner experience
Consistently achieve closure-driven targets in a fast-paced environment
Role Highlights

Compensation range: 8-13 LPA (including incentives)
Incentive earning potential: 30K-1L+ per month for strong performers
Top performers can earn 1.5L/month+
Majority of the team consistently meets performance benchmarks
What We are Looking For
1–5 years in B2C sales (high-ticket preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to build trust with prospects
Interest in long-term sales career

Place & Mode: Gurgaon | WFO
Days: 5 days + alternate Saturdays
Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
