About the Role

As a Learning Consultant, you will:

  • Drive learner enrollments for AEC-focused upskilling programs (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
  • Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and social channels
  • Understand learner backgrounds, career goals, and aspirations to recommend the right programs
  • Deliver personalized, consultative sales pitches tailored to different learner personas
  • Work on a mix of high-intent leads and outbound outreach
  • Own the complete sales journey from first interaction to enrollment
  • Provide accurate insights on program structure, outcomes, and career pathways
  • Build strong relationships and ensure a seamless learner experience
  • Consistently achieve closure-driven targets in a fast-paced environment

  • Compensation range: ₹8-13 LPA (including incentives)
  • Incentive earning potential: ₹30K-₹1L+ per month for strong performers
  • Top performers can earn ₹1.5L/month+
  • The majority of the team consistently meets performance benchmarks

What We are Looking For

  • 1–5 years in B2C sales (high-ticket preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build trust with prospects
  • Interest in a long-term sales career

Work Details

  • Place & Mode: Gurgaon | WFO
  • Days: 5 days + alternate Saturdays
  • Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
