This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor, located in Gwalior. The Academic Advisor will work closely with students to provide guidance in academic planning, course selection, and skill development. They will offer personalized academic and career counseling, identify educational resources, and support students in meeting their goals. The role involves collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure an enriching academic experience for each learner.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in their educational and career goals
• Strong Academic Advising skills to provide insights on course selection, academic planning, and personal development
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and educators
• Understanding of Education principles and learning methodologies
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Previous experience in academic advising or a similar role is a plus
