Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor based in West Delhi. The Admission Counselor will guide and support students in their academic and career journeys by providing counseling and tailored academic advice, ensuring students excel and meet their career goals. They will also collaborate with other educators and mentors to develop effective educational strategies while fostering a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students and team members
• Experience or understanding of Education frameworks and methodologies
• Ability to assess and guide students academic and career pathways
• Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills to support students personal and professional growth
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field is preferred
• Experience working in an educational or counseling environment is considered an advantage
