Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor, located in Noida. The Academic Advisor will provide guidance and support to students, helping them achieve their academic and career goals. Responsibilities include offering academic advising, assisting with course selection, and providing personalized career counseling. The advisor will also work to maintain strong communication with students and collaborate with educational teams to enhance the academic experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students toward achieving their academic and professional objectives.
• Excellent Communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Experience in Academic Advising and understanding educational systems to help students navigate their academic journeys.
• Strong background in Education, including knowledge of learning methodologies and teaching strategies.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
• Prior experience in an academic or educational setting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
