Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Counselor BFSI to drive
candidate counseling, client coordination, and business growth across banking and
financial services roles. The role involves interacting with candidates, supporting
recruitment targets, and contributing to BFSI business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel candidates on BFSI career opportunities, roles, and onboarding
process
Drive enrollments and conversions for BFSI hiring programs
Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and BFSI partners
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and joining formalities
Support recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and campus hiring initiatives
Maintain accurate candidate data, reports, and MIS
Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets
Ensure compliance with company and BFSI partner guidelines
Eligibility & Requirements
Any graduate / MBA preferred
Experience in BFSI sales, counseling, recruitment, or business
development is an advantage
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Fluent communication in English and Kannada is mandatory
Basic knowledge of banking products and BFSI roles preferred
