About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven academic admission counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, achieving enrolment targets, and ensuring a seamless and positive counselling experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Call & counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programmes, eligibility criteria, and career pathways.
- Manage walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and digital leads to meet and exceed admission targets.
- Conduct personalised one-on-one counselling sessions to help students select appropriate courses.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to enhance student satisfaction and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in admissions, student counselling, or education sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- Target-orientated, confident, and self-motivated.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
