Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ABM + GTM (Go To Market) professional to drive targeted account engagement and revenue growth across global markets (IN/US/UK). The role focuses on account-based campaigns, go-to-market execution, and sales alignment for B2B2C services including CX, BPO, and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ABM strategies (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) for high-value accounts
- Plan and launch GTM strategies for new services and markets
- Run multi-channel campaigns: email, LinkedIn, outbound
- Align closely with Sales/SDR teams to drive MQL → SQL conversion
- Create personalized messaging, pitch decks, and campaign content
- Track and optimize performance: open rates, CTR, pipeline, ROI
- Manage tools like Apollo, Smartlead/Instantly, Mailchimp/Brevo, Sales Navigator
Requirements
- 4–8+ years in B2B Marketing / ABM / GTM
- Experience in BPO, SaaS, CX, or IT services preferred
- Strong expertise in outbound campaigns, funnel management, and personalization
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI solutions is a plus
