Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented CMS Executive to support our content and digital teams in managing, uploading, formatting, and maintaining website content. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build hands-on experience with Content Management Systems, digital publishing, and SEO basics.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload, format, and publish content on CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or internal CMS).

Ensure accurate content placement, hyperlinks, headings, images, and metadata.

Maintain content quality, consistency, and formatting standards across web properties.

Coordinate with editors, writers, designers, and SEO teams for smooth publishing workflows.

Perform basic SEO checks such as meta tags, heading structure, alt tags, and URL hygiene.

Conduct content audits and update or remove outdated content as per instructions.

Ensure zero broken links, proper layout, and mobile responsiveness of pages.

Maintain publishing trackers, reports, and documentation.

Key Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (English, Journalism, Mass Communication, IT, or related fields

preferred).

Basic understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) is a plus.

Good written English with strong attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of SEO and web publishing standards is desirable.

Comfortable working with MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking work.

Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced digital environment.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on exposure through internships, college projects, or blogs.

Basic understanding of HTML tags (optional).

Interest in digital media, content, SEO, and online publishing.
