Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Lead generation executive with digital marketing exposure to support lead generation and client engagement for ERP solutions. As an implementation partner of Odoo ERP, the candidate will handle inquiries, connect with potential clients, and assist in converting leads into qualified opportunities for our sales and consulting team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (SMEs, manufacturers, service companies) to introduce ERP solutions.
  • Handle inbound inquiries generated through website, ads, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on business requirements and ERP needs.
  • Schedule demo calls/meetings for the sales or functional consultant team.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert leads.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.

Digital Marketing Coordination

  • Handle and respond to leads from Google Ads, LinkedIn, and website forms.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and customer requirements.
  • Engage prospects through email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and convincing ability.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems or business software.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead handling.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
  • Good written and verbal communication (English & Hindi).
  • Ability to understand business processes (Sales, Inventory, Accounts – basic level).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, or equivalent preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in ERP/software sales or IT services is a strong advantage.
