The Formularx is a science-backed dermocosmetic skincare brand focused on barrier repair, sensitive skin, acne-prone skin, and dermatologist-trusted formulations. We are growing rapidly across marketplaces including Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms.
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can manage, optimize, and scale marketplace advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Nykaa Ads, and Myntra Ads.
Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on marketplaces to increase sales, improve ROAS, reduce ACOS, and grow product visibility. This role is ideal for someone who understands marketplace performance marketing, keyword targeting, campaign structuring, product ranking, and daily data-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Advertising
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Amazon, Nykaa, and Myntra
- Handle Sponsored Product Ads, Sponsored Brand Ads, Sponsored Display Ads, keywords ads, and platform-specific ad formats
- Plan campaign structures based on product category, bestseller focus, keyword intent, and sales goals
- Monitor daily spends, sales, ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and impressions
- Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, negative keywords, placements, and targeting
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling wasted spends
- Improve product discoverability and ranking through ad performance
Performance Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Track marketplace-wise sales, ad spends, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action
- Analyze product-wise profitability and campaign-level efficiency
- Share actionable insights to improve marketplace growth
Marketplace Growth Support
- Coordinate with the catalog/content team for product listing improvements
- Suggest changes in product titles, keywords, images, A+ content, and product descriptions based on ad performance
- Track competitor ads, pricing, offers, and category trends
- Support sale events, campaign launches, festive offers, and marketplace promotions
- Work closely with internal teams to improve conversion and sales performance
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads
- Experience with Nykaa Ads and Myntra Ads will be strongly preferred
- Good understanding of ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, impressions, conversion rate, and marketplace sales funnels
- Ability to work with Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Understanding of keyword research, search terms, negative keywords, and campaign optimization
- Ability to manage budgets and improve performance on a daily basis
- Experience in beauty, skincare, personal care, FMCG, or D2C brands will be an advantage
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in marketplace advertising or e-commerce performance marketing
- Must be comfortable working with numbers and performance dashboards
- Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and result-focused
- Should be able to take ownership of marketplace ad performance
- Must be willing to learn and adapt quickly across multiple platforms
Good to Have
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
- Knowledge of marketplace SEO
- Understanding of skincare, beauty, or personal care categories
- Experience in sale planning and campaign scaling during events
- Knowledge of inventory impact on ad scaling and marketplace performance
