Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, etc.)
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients
  • Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates against client requirements
  • Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/database
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Negotiate pay rates and obtain candidate confirmations (RTR)
  • Ensure compliance with required documentation (licenses, certifications, background checks)
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to meet hiring targets
  • Handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Utilize job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Monster effectively for sourcing
