Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet organizational needs. Key tasks include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves tracking hiring metrics, maintaining talent pipelines, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
• Demonstrated experience in Hiring processes and strategies
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Excellent ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies is a plus
